Some had been worn for previous filming but they had all been worn for everyday wear at some point.

Just ordered and downloaded video. Stunning!! Those Lk Bennett spectator heels were so elegant, so sexy, and so totally destroyed!! Loved it.

How do you mean extended? The clip as filmed was edited and what is uploaded to the clip store is all we filmed.
