The community we are in here is a very small, so new members joining is always good......

As a moderator of this forum you "Bigj" have been given the authority by wetshoe to observe and be impartial to the comments and posts on and within this forum by its members and guests.

As a moderator your personal comments should be kept to yourself, you relinquished your right to voice them when you took on this role, your comments should now calm a situation rather than inflame it.

After reading much of what has been said on this thread i have to just quote a couple of things that have been said by bigj.

" i dont want to see the board hurt..." I think by your actions you have hurt the board and the forum by again driving a member away, in this case a new one.

The above is your tag line that appears on all of your posts......Maybe if you had read this yourself or even meant it you wouldn't be in the mess you are......

And before somebody says "we are only human and we all make mistakes", you're right, we are human and we do make mistakes, it's just whether or not we learn from them.

It really didn't suprise me...i don't understand why you did it because all of the other posts that were having a go at you are still there.

Again as a moderator you abuse you power to moderate.

With no reason given and no "post moved" notice to say it had been moved to flame and figAfter seeing you had moved my post on the thread in the abused forum, hting reeked of guilt to me.

I then posted a notice myself on the original thread and again you deleted with no reason.

That post only directed people to view what i had written but you still choose to remove it with no trace.

The original post is now irrelevant as the member in question has now choosen to rejoin the forum.

What is now in question is your actions towards me.

You did not act as a moderator, you acted as bigj and used your access to the forum to delete and move posts that put you in a bad light.

You and only you put yourself there.

As for explaining the role as a moderator, you clearly don't understand the role or the protocol that it involves.

Not only did you not add banners to say what you had moderated but now it would appear you are only moderating my posts as there are many posts on the original thread that were personally having a go at you, but still they remain unremoved.

most mod's who have been here when the ff&ot forum was here never posted a "moved thread section" post.

the only time a mod posts one of them is if the post is relivant to another topic of which this isnt.

this is you having a go at me and try to start a flame war with me which is off topic and as i said totally uncalled for.

Wetshoe. Mud Cole is absolutely correct. when are yuu going to wake up and dump this idiot before he does real damage to this forum?

The comments i made were directed at you, you are right, but you as a moderator not as a member of this forum.

Your actions to delete and move my post were not called for.

Other members in the same thread have 'slagged you off' and you yourself even said you were giving ammo to members to have a pop, but still their posts remain.

Like i said in the previous post i can see the member has now decided to come back to the forum.

The contents of the original thread is now closed.

Again i say it's your actions as a moderator and the lack of consistency to perform your role.

You are acting like this is your forum rather than acting as a moderator put in place by the owner of the site.

I have to agree with the guest, you are on the border of over stepping your position and maybe you should step down, this whole situation has come about again because of your lack of integrity.

As for starting a war with you, you moved the post to flames and fighting in your mind that was justified, my second post merely asked members to go and have a read of it, but you chose to delete this...not even move it to flames and fighting....how do you justify that.

You acted for your own means, because yet again you were in the wrong.

You don't deserve to be a moderator.

You both have very valid points and all, but whats done is done and cant be changed, as far as I see BigJ made a mistake, one I probably would have made too. big deal, hair no hair, theres really no reason too continue this on.

Mudcole, this is community as you said, your comments arent making you look any better then bigJ in this situation as well.

How about we all just move along and let this rest now, shall we?

I am not taking sides in this issue, I am very much neutral, Jasmine, if your reading this, give bigj the benefit of the doubt, what happened was a minor misunderstanding, this is a great community, and I think I speak for everyone when I say, we enjoy seeing new faces here.

This isn't to do with how i look in the community, i am me and always will be.

This is now not about jasmin, she has already posted her thoughts on this issue.

This is about a moderator of this site creating problems yet again.

I don't see wetshoe or cammile getting involved creating friction, when they do they calm or dispurse the situation.

I have had crossed words with bigj in the past...member to member i don't doubt that, and several times he has made comments at me and i at him.

Difference is i didn't delete the thread when i got bored with it.Or move a post when it suited me.

He needs to understand that he can't keep jumping in with his size 9 (this isn't the first problem he has created and i am guessing
not the last)and needs to sit on the fence more.

The word in question is moderator, and he needs to learn the meaning of it.
