Folks, unfortunately, we have some bad news... :shock:

A couple of days ago, we were at some friends' place for a party. It was fun - lots of people, great food, live music... My wife was wearing her favorite black patent heels, barefoot. And a couple of hours into the evening - they gave in :cry:

I guess all the dancing in them, the movement, her sweaty feet, and the interior literally started to fall apart. The insoles started crumbling and peeling - the lining was sticking to her skin, and when she would try to dangle or to take them off & put them back on, patches of material would flake off or tear. The interior is completely bust, and I am not sure if it is possible to get them repaired. One option would be for her to keep wearing them (perhaps with nylons) until the interior peels off completely. Another option would be to retire them and get her a new pair... Not sure as of yet. We will keep you posted.
