I kindly bought these green hunters for my wife many years ago - best £30 ever spent. The green rubber was immaculate and shiny at first, and the linings perfectly clean. However over time the rubber has acquired loads of splats, stains and drips. The inner linings and insoles have also become heavily stained, and the wellies smell quite different than when new. She has worn them almost daily throughout this long winter, but I've still managed to borrow them occasionally !
