Hello all! I am trying to identify this type of boot/heel I can’t find it anywhere but it looks so sexy. It’s got a stiletto type of heel with a rounded toe, it’s a thigh high but the material is like fabric. Does anyone know what it is??

It's just a form of "over-the-knee" boots, which vary in toe shape and heel. Sometimes they are called "over-the-knee sock boots" or "OTK stretch boots". Amazon is a good source, as you can search and refine to specific features.
