Who was arrested and what for?

It's an old case. The guy was a teacher up in VA and got caught on camera taking shoes from some people's porches before putting them back after his fun. Guys life seemed to have been ruined, ended up killing himself not long after.

They do give us a bad name, although I did feel sad he killed himself. That said I can never understand why guys say the things they do to girls to weird them out when they are after their shoes, it just freaks them out and as maro says it’s bad name time for the rest of us.
