I don't have a similar pair....all my heels have a plastic tip. If you search in this thread you'll see the shoes I've used with my boyfriend.. The tip is new, so a little pain, but a little bit of blood after the insertion, of course...

Those are are heels that are screw-on tips. They are pretty thin at the tip the way they come, but i took them off and turned the tip needle sharp. Very nice for my Wife to torture me with. Incredible feeling for Her to use it and for me to feel it. Imagine what power this gives to the Domme.

foreign objects in the urethra can cause prostate infection, and worse, prostatitis, which I have had, and it's no fun, takes 3 months to heal. I would talk to a urologist before you do too much more of that... Sorry to rain on your parade, but that can be a real men's health problem.
