Has anyone else recently experienced that this site is not loading at some times?

It always takes 20 seconds or so for me, and sometimes also times out.

Its been like it for for at lease 6 months for me. Thats why I bearly post anything now. Take the time to type it out, hit the button and it will sensor me as spam. Thats when I can get on the site. Today is a good day for it.
