I have alot of time for ladies who want clear heels but need to wear them all night. 10 hours plus in a pair of 4.5 inch stilettos or 6 inch heels with platforms must be hell! These are a good compromise in my book.
Also the high street brands have done well to remove the stigma around clear heels being exclusive to strippers, pole dancers, prostitutes and porn stars. Now they are for everyone on all occasions and I hear them talked about as princess shoes.

I know its a bit weird to reply to your own comment but doing research it seems clear heels are popular due to the kardashian effect, it turns out they started wearing them and the high street fashion industry made their own copies.
