Which pair of sneakers usually smell best?

My girlfriend have a pair of DC Chelsea Black Plaid and White from like 10 years ago and they smell so great.
I bought her new Chelsea, but they are not made from the same material anymore and don't smell that great.
I also like the smell of Converse, I like the little touch of rubber with the smell of her feet.

Smells are not my thing - it’s a turn off for me, but I can say without a doubt that my wife’s Sketchers are the worst smelling I have ever experienced. Doesn’t seem to matter what model. Her other sneakers do not smell at all.
