Can't remember her name at the moment. She had a boot related site in the early 90's. For some reason, I think she was an "expat" living abroad. (Like British living in Hong Kong or something.) She wasn't in Europe or North America. Was well known at the time. I still have a few pics, and they do appear from time to time.
