Your mom has it wrong! She should have put on her boots first, got you feeling excited then made you do the chores before letting you touch her boots.
However it has just occurred to me that if you are 'underage' you should not be 'touching' your mother's boots while she is wearing them as she could be committing a serious crime by allowing this (I note she was not wearing the boots in the photos concerned so there would be no problem in this case).
